When the Public Health Code requires a Connecticut-licensed Professional Engineer, that requirement is unchanged by this software. Smart SSDS™ does not apply a professional seal, does not sign a drawing, and does not practice engineering. A Pro subscription is an exhibit aid for a design professional who already intends to stamp their own work.
